**Scan & Win Competition Terms & Conditions: **

• The competition is organised by Success Realty Ltd, Bayleys, Licensed under the REA ACT 2008 bayofplenty.bayleys.co.nz
• Participants must be aged 18 years or older and must live in New Zealand to enter
• Employees of Success Realty Ltd, Bayleys, the BOP Garden & Art Festival and their immediate families are not eligible to enter
• To enter scan the QR Code at each garden gate during the festival Thurs 14th – Sun 17th November 2024 and fill out the online entry form
• Each garden you visit gives you a new entry into the competition
• The prize is valued at $2,900 (inc GST) and consists of a one nights stay for two people at Treetops Lodge & Estate in Rotorua. The prizes includes: acommodation, pre-dinner drinks and canapes, followed by a 4-course degustation dinner and gourmet breakfast. It includes use of mountain bikes, kayaks and 70km of hiking trails plus on site-gym, sauna and hot tubs. It does not include transport to or from the Lodge, or spa treatments.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash
• The prize is valid from 1 April - 31 October 2025, reservations are required and are subject to availability
• The winner will be drawn randomly from all eligible entries on Tuesday 19th of November, 2024
• The winner will be notified by phone call and email, if the winner does not respond within 3 working days, the prize will be re-drawn
