Olivia has been an integral part of the Bayleys Waikato family for over 15 years. In her early years Olivia provided invaluable admin support to a high performing sales team based out of the Bayleys Hamilton office. Her years within the company have instilled a real passion and drive for real estate that shines through in her dedication to helping clients find their perfect home.

Over the past 18 months Olivia has established herself within the Bayleys Cambridge team as a sales associate and production manager for Team Merrington. Olivia works alongside the high performing and award-winning lead salesperson, Amanda Merrington whose achievements to date include the Bayleys Cambridge Salesperson of the Year for consecutive years from 2018 up to and including 2024. Amanda was also awarded the 2024 Residential Salesperson of the Year for Success Realty Limited across the BOP, Waikato and Taranaki regions combined.

With a decade of experience working alongside industry leader, and REINZ No.1 Rural Salesperson of the Year (across all companies) from 2021 to 2024 Karl Davis, and the esteemed Bayleys Waikato Country team, Olivia has been immersed in an environment of excellence from the outset. Surrounded by award-winning mentors, she has honed her skills and developed a deep understanding of people and real estate.

Olivia brings invaluable knowledge and a keen eye for detail to her role, enabling her to seamlessly facilitate transactions, with the focus entirely on delivering exceptional service to their clients. Outside of work, Olivia enjoys spending time with her young family, nurturing her vegetable garden and she has a love for all things DIY and interior design.
